How to repeat your shifts
There are three ways that allow you to repeat your shifts.
1. Copy/Paste
If your shift pattern consists of less than or equal to 42 days, you can consider using the Copy/Paste function to repeat your shifts.
Assume that your pattern is '4 days on 4 days off' from Nov. 23 ~ Nov. 30. Then, you can set your schedule repeatedly by the following steps:
- Enter Edit mode.
- Edit shifts from Nov.23 ~ Nov. 30.
- Select days from Nov. 23 ~ Nov. 30 again.
- Click Copy button.
- Click Dec. 1.
- Click Paste button.
2. Repeat
If your shift pattern consists of less than or equal to 42 days, you can also consider using the Repeat function to repeat your shifts.
Assume that you want to repeat the pattern from Jan. 8 ~ Jan. 10.
- Enter Edit mode.
- Edit shifts from Jan. 8 ~ Jan. 10.
- Select days from Jan. 8 ~ Jan. 10 again.
- Click Repeat button and the pattern will be repeated from Jan. 11.
3. Paste Pattern
If your shift pattern consists of more than 42 days, you can use 'Paste Pattern' to repeat your shifts.
Assume that you want to repeat the pattern from Jan. 8 ~ Feb. 23.
- Go Menu -> Shift Pattern.
- Click the button of 'Create a pattern'.
- Set the start date to be Jan. 8 and the end date to be Feb. 23. A 47-days pattern will be created.
- Back to the main page.
- Enter Edit mode.
- Click the day that you want to start to repeat. (For example, Feb. 24.)
- Click Paste Pattern button.
- Select the pattern that you want to repeat
